$95 PER SCOUT
$60 PER ADULT
**One adult is required for every 5 scouts, maximum number of adults may not exceed the number of scouts from your troop attending.

How to Reserve Your Scout Overnight Experience
Submit Your Request Form
Complete the request form to begin the reservation process.
Review Your Contract
A contract will be sent to you for review.
Sign & Return Your Contract
Review, sign, and return the contract along with a 25% deposit of the total amount due within 2 weeks.
Plan Your Payments
Second Payment: 25% of the total due, payable 30 days prior to your overnight.
Final Payment: The remaining 50%, payable 2 weeks before the overnight.
Prepare for Your Adventure
Fill out your participant roster and review the guidelines with your chaperones and scouts to ensure everyone is ready for a safe and exciting experience!
