In Memory of Patsy TerrellPosted on June 8th, 2017
The Reno County Historical Society, comprised of the Reno County Museum and Strataca – Kansas Underground Salt Museum, wishes to express their profound sadness at the recent loss of Patsy Terrell.
Patsy was a wonderful friend and supporter of the Historical Society. She played an integral part in the launch of Strataca’s social media profile and most recently was involved in documenting the 10-year story of the making of Strataca.
A familiar face at many of our events, she provided touching insights for Reno County Museum exhibits, such as the Pat Mitchell exhibit, and most recently, generously shared many of her beloved, sparkly brooches for the My Crazy Collection! exhibit. With her never-ending curiosity and wide-ranging interests, Patsy wholeheartedly supported the missions of both museums and inspired others to do so as well.
With her passing, Hutchinson has lost a bright light that has gone out far too soon. We will miss her smile, her infectious laugh and her compassionate heart.
Rest in Peace, dear friend.
