We Have Limits

No children under the age of 4 are allowed underground.

The Train Ride is not handicap accessible. Underground Admission and the Dark Ride shown below are accessible.

Visitors with reservations must check in 10-15 minutes prior to tour time. Allow about 2 hours for your visit.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED include guns, knives, tobacco products, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, laser pointers, and pets (other than service animals). Please leave these items in your vehicle to avoid making a trip back out.

Tuesday-Friday: 9am-6pm
Maximum 28 visitors depart at regular intervals from 9:20am until 4:00pm

Saturday: 9am-6pm
Maximum 28 visitors depart at regular intervals from 9:20am until 4:00pm

Sunday: 1pm-6pm
Maximum 28 visitors depart at regular intervals from 1:00pm until 4:00pm
