Know before you go

We Have Limits

No children under the age of 4 are allowed underground.

The Train Ride is not handicap accessible. Underground Admission and the Dark Ride shown below are accessible.

Visitors with reservations must check in 10-15 minutes prior to tour time. Allow about 2 hours for your visit.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED include guns, knives, tobacco products, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, laser pointers, and pets (other than service animals). Please leave these items in your vehicle to avoid making a trip back out.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  It’s 68 degrees underground so you might need a jacket. You will be wearing hardhats so leave the caps and hats in the car.
